Frequently Asked Questions

  • No, we work on a first come, first serve basis. We recommend that you come with the expectation of leaving your device for a minimum of 3 hours. Although many repairs can be quicker, we tend to have a steady flow of repairs.

  • No, we pay cash or e-transfer. However, if you choose to take a credit we will give you 15% more. We pay more than any other trade in program (Best Buy, Mobile Klinik, TELUS, Rogers, Bell, Etc)

  • Our appraisals are all based on resale value, we typically pay 60%-80% (Depending on condition, storage, etc) of what you could sell the device yourself for, but without any of the hassle or risk from private marketplaces. We provide a safe, quick , cash transaction for marginally less than what you could sell the device yourself for.

  • Really old devices (5+ years) lose most of their resale value due to their age. We will buy some older devices for a minimal payout or offer to recycle your device free of charge!

  • We buy broken devices on a case by case basis, if the resale value of your device is high enough so that it can be repaired and resold, we can buy it. Often, the cost of repairing a phone exceeds what the device sells for, if that's the case, we cannot buy it.

  • Yes we do! We have the largest selection of used devices in central Alberta. We are an Apple and Samsung authorized service provider, so we are able to test & warranty each phone.

  • Other repair shops and retailers have the business model of buying used or broken phones & refurbishing them with cheap parts. Although you get a cheaper phone, you pay with a lack of quality. Anything that plugs into the phone, we use original parts directly from the manufacturer. The battery health of our used devices is guaranteed at a minimum of 85% & we warranty every device as if it was new.
