As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, all of our repairs are warranty approved and backed by Apple.
Please note that AASP’s and Apple do not provide same-unit screen or modular repairs for iPads. We do offer a battery only service if your iPad fails diagnosis. All iPad repairs are mail-in and time to receve your iPad back vary. Please contact us for details.
Authorized Repair vs. 3rd party repair. Only authorized service providers have access to Apple’s proprietary tools and training. All repairs are backed by Apple and all of our parts are official, brand new Apple replacement parts. 3rd party repair can only offer refurbished, derivative, or used parts that simply don’t match the same quality. To ensure you get the best possible repair without the risk of future issues, repair with an authorized service center.
If you have Apple Care+ (Extended Warranty offered by Apple) prices are as follows:
Accidental damage: $49
Battery replacement (*has to fail diagnostics to qualify): $0
Warranty Repairs (non-accidental damage within the first 12 months) are $0
*Basic diagnostic is no-charge. In the event a deep diagnostic is required, there may be a charge. We always get your permission prior to any charges.
