As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, all of our repairs are warranty approved and backed by Apple. We only use genuine Apple parts, and all of our technicians are professionally trained by Apple. We have access to Apple’s world class diagnostic equipment and tools to ensure a precise repair every time.
Authorized Repair vs. 3rd party repair. Only authorized service providers have access to Apple’s proprietary tools and training. All repairs are backed by Apple and all of our parts are official, brand new Apple replacement parts. 3rd party repair can only offer refurbished, derivative, or used parts that simply don’t match the same quality. To ensure you get the best possible repair without the risk of future issues, repair with an authorized service center.
We carry lots of parts in-stock and can complete many repairs within a few hours. Please call for parts availability and repair times.
If you have Apple Care+ (Extended Warranty offered by Apple) prices are as follows:
Screen (front or rear glass) replacement: $39
Battery replacement (*has to fail diagnostics to qualify): $0
Other damage or repair (often resulting in whole unit replacement): $129
Warranty Repairs (non-accidental damage within the first 12 months) are $0
*Basic diagnostic is no-charge. In the event a deep diagnostic is required, there may be a charge. We always get your permission prior to any charges.
