Authorized Repair vs. 3rd party repair. Only authorized service providers have access to Samsung’s proprietary tools and training. All repairs are backed by Samsung and all of our parts are official, brand new Samsung replacement parts. 3rd party repair may offer refurbished or used parts that simply don’t match the same quality. In most cases, our repairs cost the same (sometimes even lower). To ensure you get the best possible repair without the risk of future issues, repair with an authorized service center.
